In May, we helped a client avoid a felony hit and run conviction in Norfolk. One client avoided jail for 107 mph in Newport News and another client avoided jail for a DUI involving a multiple vehicle accident in Hampton. One client in Hampton had a 99/60 RD reduced to a speeding infraction while his other RD generally charge was dismissed. Reckless driving by speed dismissals include: 87/55 RD dismissed in Hampton GDC, 82/55 RD dismissed in Virginia Beach GDC, 86/65 RD dismissed in Newport News GDC. In Virginia Beach, a 89/55 RD charge was reduced to speeding (non-reckless) in General District Court and a 90/55 RD was reduced to improper driving in Circuit Court.
