In June 2024, dismissals in Virginia Beach GDC included charges of 80/35 RD, 57/35 RD, driving on a suspended license, 70/45 speeding, a misdemeanor charge for dropping a fallen load, failure to appear, reckless driving for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and RD generally. Also in VBGDC, we helped a client avoid a license suspension for 104/55 RD and minimize jail to 2 days.
