- January 28, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving by speed in a school zone: 51 mph in a 25 mph zone. Outcome: Reduced from reckless driving to speeding at 11 mph over the limit.
- January 29, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving at 70 mph in a 45 mph zone. Outcome: Reduced from reckless to speeding at 15 mph over the limit.
- January 30, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving by speed for 51 mph in a 25 mph zone. Outcome: Judge permitted client to go to driving school to get a reduction to speeding at 19 mph over the limit.
