My clients have received good outcomes in Virginia Beach General District Court this past week. One was charged with reckless driving by speed for 87 mph in a 55 mph zone.  Another was charged with reckless driving for passing a stopped school bus.  Another was charged with reckless driving by speed in a school zone.  See below for results!

  • January 28, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving by speed in a school zone: 51 mph in a 25 mph zone. Outcome: Reduced from reckless driving to speeding at 11 mph over the limit.VB GDC - 2015.01.28
  • January 29, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving at 70 mph in a 45 mph zone.  Outcome: Reduced from reckless to speeding at 15 mph over the limit.VB GDC - 2015.1.29
  • January 30, 2015 – Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving by speed for 51 mph in a 25 mph zone. Outcome: Judge permitted client to go to driving school to get a reduction to speeding at 19 mph over the limit.VB GDC - 2015.01.30
