- April 8, 2015 – Hampton Reckless Driving Defense, Charge: Reckless driving by speed for 98/60. Outcome: Dismissed. No court costs or fines!
- April 14, 2015 – Northampton Reckless Driving Defense, Charge: Reckless driving by speed for 77/55. Outcome: Dismissed. No court costs or fines!
- April 16, 2015 – Virginia Beach General Reckless Driving Defense, Charge: Reckless Driving generally for a speed of 77/35. Outcome: Reduced to improper driving. I won’t post this image yet because my client has a second reckless driving charge pending.
- April 20, 2015 – Newport News Reckless Driving Defense, Charge: Reckless driving by speed for 73/35. Outcome: Dismissed. No court costs or fines! I represented my client the week prior in another city for another reckless driving by speed charge. That one was reduced to improper driving, so my client avoided two reckless driving convictions.
- April 21, 2015 – Virginia Beach Driving Under a Suspended License Defense, Charge: Driving under a suspended license. Outcome: Dismissed. No court costs or fines!
- April 22, 2015 – Portsmouth Reckless Driving Defense, Charge: Reckless driving for driving too fast for conditions. Outcome: Null prossed. Prosecutor agreed not to pursue the charge.
