  • October 5, 2018, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: No Operator’s License. Disposition: Dismissed.

  • October 9, 2018, Newport News General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving at 89/60. Disposition: Reduced to 14 over.

  • October 10, 2018, Accomack General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by speed at 85/55. Disposition: Dismissed!  The first of at least three dismissals we got for reckless driving in this jurisdiction for the month.

  • October 11, 2018, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Speeding at 19 over. Disposition: Trooper dropped charges!  Just a speeding ticket but no court costs, fines or points means a happy client.

  • October 31, 2018, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless driving for 90/55. Disposition: Reduced to a speeding ticket at the same speed!  Thankfully the judges in Norfolk have a heart.
