In November and December of 2023, we had some great wins amidst the holidays. One client was convicted of reckless driving at 159 mph in a 55 mph zone, but did not have to pay a fine or get his license suspended. He received 90 days of jail with 80 days suspended. On a misdemeanor, the time is served half time, so he served 5 days of jail. Other clients avoided jail for racing and 95/55 RD in Virginia Beach and 108/55 RD in Northampton.

In Norfolk, clients avoided convictions for Baby DUI (underage DUI), underage purchase of alcohol (dismissed), reckless driving generally (dismissed) and 65/35 RD. Clients in Newport News avoided reckless driving convictions for speeds such as 96/65 RD and 91/65 (both dismissed), 95/60 RD, and 86/65 RD. In Chesapeake, one client avoided a felony eluding charge and another client had a 98/55 RD reduced to an infraction. Another client in Accomack got his 83/45 RD charge dismissed. In Hampton, clients avoided charges for reckless driving for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, 93/65 RD and 91/65 RD (both dismissed), and 100/65 RD (reduced to improper driving in Circuit Court). Notable dismissals in Virginia Beach include dismissals for charges of public intoxication, underage purchase of alcohol, eluding the police, no license, and a concealed weapons charge.
