In January, we assisted clients in jurisdictions around Hampton Roads. In Virginia Beach, York, and Newport News, reckless driving charges at speeds of 95/55, 93/55, 91/55, 95/65, and 91/70 were either dismissed or reduced to defective equipment (a 0-point infraction). In Hampton, Norfolk, and Northampton, reckless driving charges were reduced to improper driving (a 3-point infraction) for speeds such as 91/55, 86/55, and 93/60.
