In February, we served clients in multiple jurisdictions across the Hampton Roads and Tidewater areas. Clients avoided reckless driving convictions when originally charged with speeds such as 102/60 RD, 98/55 RD, 95/60 RD, 82/55 RD, and 80/55 RD in cities such as Chesapeake, Norfolk, Accomack, and Virginia Beach. A client avoided a DUI and refusal to take a breath test charge in Portsmouth.
