  • August 14th, 2014 – Chesapeake GDC, Charge: Speeding at 80 mph in a 60 mph zone. Outcome: Dismissed. (A dismissal means no conviction and no court costs or fines.) Reason: Trooper did not have the proper calibrations on his LIDAR equipment.
