• April 12, 2017, Hampton General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving by Speed at 90/60. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 19 over the limit!

• April 25, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving 90/65. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 9 over!

• April 26, 2017, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 87/55. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 19 over!

• April 26, 2017, Hampton General District Court, Charge: Tunnel Height Violation (misdemeanor). Disposition: Reduced to Defective Equipment (infraction with no points).  My associate, Jeremiah Asercion, Esq. handled this case.

• April 26, 2017, Portsmouth General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving Accident. Disposition: Reduced to Improper Driving and then DISMISSED upon payment of court costs! My associate handled this case.

• May 1, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving for Passing a School Bus.  Disposition: Reduced to an infraction, the fine was suspended on 6 months of good behavior. 

• May 4, 2017, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 89/60. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 19 over.

• May 10, 2017, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Following Too Closely. Disposition: Dismissed!

• May 12, 2017, Newport News General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 90/60. Disposition: Reduced to Speeding at 20 over (a mere infraction).

• May 15, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 85/55. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 19 over.

• May 17, 2017, Hampton General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 89/60. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 11 over the limit.

• May 18, 2017, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 89/60. Disposition: Reduced to speeding at 20 over.  My associates handled this case. 

• May 22, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 89/55. Disposition: Reduced to Speeding at 19 over.  (This is the same client that is featured in the case above this one.)

• June 7, 2017, Northampton General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 100/55. Disposition: Reckless Driving with no active jail time!  All the jail time was suspended! 

• June 9, 2017, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 82/55. Disposition: Dismissed!

• June 12, 2017, Virginia Beach General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 71/45. Disposition: Dismissed!
• June 12, 2017, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Following Too Closely Accident Disposition: Dismissed!
• June 12, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 130/55, and Reckless Driving for Racing. Disposition: For the Reckless Driving at 130/55: guilty but only 1.5 days in jail (3 unsuspended days were given but for a misdemeanor, client serves only half the time) and no license suspension.  The Reckless Driving for Racing was Dismissed!  The Virginia Code calls for at least a 6 month license suspense if someone is convicted of racing.  My associate Jeremiah Asercion, Esq., represented our client.

• June 15, 2017, Virginia Beach Circuit Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 86/55. Disposition: Reduced to simple Speeding!

• June 27, 2017, York General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 78/55. Disposition: Reduced to defective equipment, a non-moving violation and no points!

• June 29, 2017, Chesapeake General District Court, Charge: Eluding the Police (Felony). Disposition: Reduced to Eluding Misdemeanor!  Client avoids becoming a convicted felon!
