- June 12, 2017, Norfolk General District Court, Charge: Reckless Driving at 130/55, and Reckless Driving for Racing. Disposition: For the Reckless Driving at 130/55: guilty but only 1.5 days in jail (3 unsuspended days were given but for a misdemeanor, client serves only half the time) and no license suspension. The Reckless Driving for Racing was Dismissed! The Virginia Code calls for at least a 6 month license suspense if someone is convicted of racing.
